A snowy week in the French Alps ...
HADACA3 was hosted in CNRS Paul Langevin Center in French Alps and focused on multi-omics deconvolution in cancer research, bringing together 50 talented participants. The aim goal was to explore and discover new methods for solving deconvolution problems.
Participants teamed up to cutting-edge computational approaches, including machine learning and advanced statistical methods to tackle this complex challenge.
We were also lucky to be inspired by keynote presentations from Fatima Al-Shahrour on tumor heterogeneity, Etienne Becht on deconvolution and Andrea Rau on multi-omics data integration.

Congratulations to the winning teams for their excellent contributions and innovative solutions, and thanks to all participants for their collaboration and enthusiasm during the challenge. This week has shown the power of collaboration!
And finally, a huge thanks to our sponsors, and the organizing team for making this event possible and a success!
